I am a local handyman in the greater Denver area available for projects such as tile work, refinishing hardwood floors, installing hardwood floors, painting, door installs, minor stucco work, gutter work/cleaning, basic plumbing work, etc.. I have 30 years experience. I perform quality work and am punctual and prompt. I am able to do other projects as well. If its not listed above, please ask and I will let you know. If it is beyond my ability in time or expertise, I will tell you and will not mislead you. $35 hour with a 2 hour minimum charge. Larger flooring and tile work may require charges based on square footage. I require 50% good faith deposit before beginning any work. I will provide you with a realistic estimate and time frame for completion. If I finish sooner, the cost goes down. The quote I give you will remain the same, unless you make a change that requires an adjustment to the workload. You provide supplies, I will provide the labor. I am very reasonable and easy to work with. I do have references. For all 5280 members, I will offer 15% off the total estimate.
